Routine:
Three consecutive rounds of 20 seconds on, 1 minute off, 20 seconds on, 50 seconds off, 20 seconds on, 40 seconds off, 20 seconds on, 30 seconds off, 20 seconds on, 20 seconds off, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.

Maintain exertion at maximum for “on” intervals. Walk to regain breath during “off” intervals.

16 minutes, 20 seconds
