Morning Workout, 2-2-11

Alternating 30:20

Reps:
On intervals of 30 seconds, alternating between pushups and squats

Rest:
Off intervals of 20 seconds

Routine:
Perform as many reps of the prescribed movement during the alloted “on” interval, alternating between standard pushups and squats for eight rounds. Rest 20 seconds between sets.

Time:
6.5 minutes
