Routine:
Six minutes on, three minutes off, four minutes on, two minutes off, one minute on, 30 seconds off, 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off, 15 seconds on.

Run at 85% of maximal effort through first two “on” intervals and maximal effort during others. Walk to regain breath during “off” intervals.
